I can't see you getting much help off TOAD's helpline, these alarms aren't meant to be purchased as you have acquired them, only meant to be supplied and fitted by approved Thatcham dealers.

Don't get me wrong i bought mine and fitted it myself, its been spot on, but i don't think they are going to tell too much to joe public for security reasons if you get me.
