I was so tired last night I forgot the obvious, if as I read it the system is only two weeks old ?, just get onto whoever fitted it as it is defo totally down to them.
If they start getting arsey just preach sale of goods act.
One thiung I have found with TOAD is they need a ABSOLUTELY PERFECT earth, I have seen systems play up just because of a speck of corrosion on the negative battery terminal, causing all sorts of very wierd problems, some howver are interfered with due to the area having STRONG MICROWAVE, DO YOU LIVE NEAR ANY RESEARCH OR MILITARY ESTABLISHMENTS ?
The range on the toads is kept deliberately small to avert the use of CODE GRABBERS, although they roll the code each time(change it) grabbers will jam the system if used.
Was it a CAT1 install ?
