Craig, He mentioned this, I don't have XP, it is 2K. But he said I may still encounter a blue screen I don't have my H/D backed up, and it is unlikely they are going to ghost a copy onto a spare disc "incase" of the inevitble What can I do? I have told them what will happen if they lose it.....
