if you have windows xp you will need to reinstall it after a major hardware change as it will not like it.
Nah, you can make several major hardware changes before it complains, and even then if you've got a legit copy u just gotta call the help line to re-activate it.
CPU and memory no problem at all! No drivers for that at all.
