I think it's KE-Jet 3, no vacuum pumps. The fuel ecu puts a current of 20 mA at key on and engine not running through the control pressure regulator (or EHA, electro hydraulic actuator as MB says). The current is around 0 mA at idle and cruise (lambda closed loop). The CPR has a little adjustment screw inside.
