Hi Mongo, I run a cooler on my Getrag gearbox, there is a pump section driven by the gearbox shaft and the cooler is located in front of the rear beam, there is also a diff cooler and 2 engine cooler's.
The gearbox cooler's are only really needed for long distance event's.
