Default Work Based Learning

just wondered if anybody on here has got fed up with their job and turned to something completely new and found a work based training job. Im 24 at the end of the month and am desperate to get a better job in life. I have loads of gcses, an A level, and a national diploma, but the A level and ND are in art based subjects and i dont want to go into this field.

I look round the internet all day today but to no avail. I really want someone to give me a chance in life to prove that im good at learning new skills and everyday i dream of having that well paid job in the city. The only work based learning jobs ive come across want school leavers and trainee jobs want graduates.

At this moment in time i really feel i would do any sort of job if it was teaching me the skills needed, whether it be engineering or financial advisor, airport or railway.

Anybody on here got a good knowledge in how to find jobs where previous experience isnt necessary as they teach u or send u to college one day a week. Or, do you know where is the best places to go to acquire such information. Maybe i need to go to a careers advice center?
