don't cling film cars unless they're very clean. any dust/dirt gets scratched in as the film stretches, you'll f#ck his paint.
seen it done (fortunately to a company car) and around edges and corners it was buggered!

A good one for fucking paint is that shaving foam stuff - my brothers old shittter car on his wedding day his mates wrote just married all over his car and it marked the paint
