370cc injectors.
EFI innletmanifold.
Dont know yet if im gonna use decomp plate or forged pistons.
Thats the smallest issue, and the only one not sorted yet.
For exhaust...im running a 4x4Mondeo...so the normal exhaust dont fit...
im running custom built 2.5" simons.
and as mentioned above ..Focus RS manifold.
(im not aiming for Much HP since i can have it legal with 180BHP)
And the Mondeo4x4 cant handle any power

There is more fun to come.....ive got 2x96Mondeo4x4
Im thinking of making a RWD Mondeo... that would be kinda .... YEAH!

and what management is he running?

you said you are going to run 370cc injectors
will they fit the std silver top mondeo fuel rail and plugs
and what is their max bhp out for eg 200bhp+ or less as i plan to run 280/330bhp

also plan to run c20let pistons as the are forged and run a comp ratio of 7;4.1 and have a bore of 86mm which will take the 2.0 16v up to 2045 (2.1) and they are good for 350 bhp max

exhaust manifold rs focus
custom exhaust

as for inlet manifold wanted to run std inlet manifold
or get jam sport manifold
and a 70mm throttle body

as for gasket was going to run a wrc multi layer from pj motorsport
or get a multi layer from work

not sure what management to run
was thinking bout ms or something like that

intercooler is a stag tho

got some fast road cams and pulleys but not sure if i should put them
in the car thats the cams or have them spec up to bd10
and also run a jam sport performance head

also the turbo is a stag as i dont know what to run
was thinking about a t28,but sure if that would fit the rs exhaust manifold and external waste to ?
if not which actuctor can i run 31psi etc
also which dv or bov should i run and which one would be best ?



but need some input and idea's to get me going etc
