is there a link to peoples conversions?

basically im after doin this conversion not for mad power just wanna get rid of the metering head for several reasons, how much am i lookin at spendin? i have a 1.8 cvh sierra to hack up for bits before i scrap it, is it an easy conversion to do? hope some one can help cheers
