How do you know thats a genuine Tial?

Because its got a Tial badge on it?

I can get you wastegates that say that on it, infact look identical to that, but they sure aint real ones, they identical chinese copys, and id put money thats one of em at that price.

TBH tho, from what ive seen, very few people if any have problems with these cheap chinese wastegates, used on more cars than people admit to, and they do well, basically as they exact copies of the expensive ones.

38mm ones MAY possibly be too small tho, tho as you running loads of boost, prob not...
