if money wasnt a huge issue id go external on most big power setups if i could as its a more efficient (exhaust gas flow) setup.

what power you want? 500bhp+ rated GT30 for a 1.6litre 350bhp engine is a bit silly.

and gate size is mostly down to how LOW you want the boost to be able to set, the bigger the turbo and lower the boost you need, the bigger gate you need.what turbo do you reconmend?

but TBH there not REALLY such a thing as too big, so id just get a 50mm Turbosmart job and be done with it.
