he is a tit anyway. treats everyone on the team differently and its one rule for one and another for everyone else. he has helped me when ive needed time off but then makes me pay for it at a later date and then he gets personal when hes in a bad mood. i had to make a diary of all the times he got personal with me so really, that text is nothing compared to what i got on him!
