i thought the point of a mod was a person who has built up a relationship to the site then becomes mod based on what he can BRING to the site as a improvement

if a mod dont add things to benifit the site UNLESS it benifits them aswell then thats NOT impartial

thats my opinion but im suprise that the smarter people on this site dont understand

its the same thing as why the police dont employ criminals,,, they dont do it untill one of em shows hes on the other side they just dont to it to potect themselves of it

have a look at the last 20 posts of each moderator and see whos actually interested in what he site was ment to stand for and thats a comunity spirit and help others like this is one big family

if a moderator is getting all jumped up cause of his job then he cant handle the resposability and should me made to step down

a good moderator aint always the ones you see post modding everywhere

a bad moderator is known though with the way he deals with problems

couldnt agree more ginge i ask to be a mod to give something back to the site as it is a amazing place and im very proud of my role here

but my point is ginge this thread title is what "Traders and moderators " which is phil saying should a trader be a mod but all i see is beating around the bush , a few snide coments about pete . So is it that all traders dont make good mods or just one trader .
