dojj, you sure thats a hdi?

the only hdi i know of which has had a serious problem was one which had bent con rods. suspected cause, being over-revved.

seen a dt chuck a rod out the side though.

low pressure pumps play up, but not severly, never seen anything else go wrong though myself, glow plug relays play up.

There isn't many cars that are 100% reliable, but a 306 hdi is a very good car with a excellent engine.
