you need a rootes style blower, either your usual eaton one, or if you can afford one the much more efficient lysholm style one like sprintex etc etc make.
but TBH they as efficient as turbos so if i could afford one of them id jus throw the turbo away.
most important thing is correct blower size and speeds, but thats something you need to work out from what exactly you want to do and how you want it to behave.
mapping shouldnt be an issue for anyone who has mapped turbo or supercharged cars before.
options. well ideal world would be....
filter -> small WI jet into centre of turbo inlet activated from turbo boost only -> turbo -> intercooler -> small WI jet activated by post SC boost -> intercooler -> bigger WI jet activated by boost and charge temp combined -> engine
in reality...
filter -> turbo -> supercharger -> intercooler -> engine
...would be the least complex but still effective solution.
to increase effeciency of the turbo and SC youd need the WI jets where i mentioned, but thats the case if they twincharged or not.
the bigger WI jet is same as ever too, just a handy backup if the charge temps get too high, which of course they more likely to when twin charged, esp without them smaller pre-charger jets.
