In ESCOS in mixed use or in sport use sometimes occur situation that coolant temp rising to 90 degrees, funs on, thermostat on but cooling system needs about 3-5 minutes to reduce temp to normal, sometimes this is reason overheating the engine or tear coolant hose. If fan switch puts on fans earlier, overheating the engine is less probable, and growth of coolant temp is lesser.
