Our Industry needs to sort this out as most of our Industry (along with quite a few others) seems to do this, chaing new rather than retaining existing customers which makes no business sense.

There are far more costs associated with obtaining and processing a new business case than dealing with a renewal.

Greenlight's stance has always been to reflect this within the renewal premium and I can confirm that unless there has been a change in circumstances mid-term you'll always find that our premiums will either remain static (despite inflation) or from the first renewal forth reduce to reflect the actual work involved.
