No idea if anyone can help but its normally a helpful forum

My home fridge/freezer is playing up, basically the fridge part is getting too cold and slowly freezing the food in there.

Have cleaned all ice out (which helped for about 2 days) and hoovered the rear heater element thingy (just)

Its only 3 years old and was VERY expensive!!

Any help?
