i don't have any experience really, but have heard that you generally get what you pay for.

some of the cheaper kits are ok for the road, but when used for tracks or, worse still rallys, they will not last long

maybe better to buy used, good quality kit?

the dampers are the important bit, the coil springs you can get from anywhere and are very cheap in different lengths and strengths
