I don't think there is much need for anything more serious than the Quaife in a sub 200bhp trackday car, maybe a racer could tell the difference but I probably couldn't

there is definatley some misconception about maintaining a plate diff, it would be years before you need to take it out and do anything with it, like 5 years plus use dependant before new plates will be required
