Never use Ford CVH bolts in a ZVH mate.

The thread in the zetec block is recessed about 15mm so you must use longer bolts.
Burton also do a special ZVH bolt.

There are a lot of high power ZVH engines going around that use the 1.9turbo Felpro gasket so i'm sure it will be fine.
