Work is in progress, left-side iner sill only needed welding in a small patch and the seat mounting has been replaced aswell. rear side inner sill looks ok. At the joint to the floorpan both inner sills will be treated with "Fertan" to prevent a comeback of the dreaded tin worm.

Moreover I've found lots of healthy metal right next to the bad spots so I think it will be fine.

On the rear outer sills it's only a bit of surface rust, passed my "screwdriver test" no problem.

But the next targets are rear chassis rails and rear wheel arches...
