The only seriously modified hub available was used on the RS1700T

Most of the race cars all had standard hubs with modified arms and linkages

If you really wanted alloy hubs today, then I guess something could be made to fit (Caterham style) but to me that isn't in keeping with the traditional group A styles of the early 80's
