Should have said that- its defo NOT the bulb...
The bulb works fine in the fuel level light, and it still defo works in the ABS illumination as it comes on if you disconnect one of the wheel sensors..

Only other thing is the brakes are really quite spongy, but i'm going to bleed them at some point this week.. - they were fine before (although the car has not been used for nearly 4 months)
