precicely bugger all.

wont be a restriction really (if so, slight) as its a low power car and a fair size intercooler.

totally gay and useless thing to do tho, cooling amient air, down to, err, ambient temp

if it was a boat and the intercooler was underwater then itd be able to lower air temps tho, even if it would still make little real difference.
Turbo powerboats use seawater intercooling as obv water is generally way below ambient temp, and thats mega effective on them.
