My brother was an aprentice and got payed £110 a week. He went to college one day a week and it last 4 years. He's now a fully qualified panel beater and is earning good money. If you work for a good company you can get good hours in if you work hard. But where he has to do trimming aswel as panel beating which takes up his hours. In his old work someone else did the trimming and he got alot more hours in. He loves the job and wouldn't swap it for anything.

If you ever need any advice or get stuck on something he has all his folders full of all the college work he did and you are welcome to have a look at them.

Get your head down in college and learn as much as possible, And make sure you get on well with the lads in work as if you get stuck they will always help you out. His mate Anthony in college pissed about all the time and he is an awful panel beater. I wouldn't trust his to beat the wife.
