What turbo would you choose for a zetec turbo if you was doing one ?

I know it is a bit of a personal taste thing, due to how much lag your willing to put up with / how much power you want etc..., but what turbo would you choose if you had the choice? a GT28, T3 Stage 3, T34 etc.... ?
