from the date of offence they have 14 days to process and send you an nip from return of that they have a maximuim of six months to issue a summons, if you fail to identify they will accept that but it is law that you know who what where when etc etc etc your car is was etc etc driven by, so they will prsecute for that and give larger fines, if a company vehicle then its usually the secretary or director that gets the fine not often but the points as well, getting a mate to take your points the days of that are neer as damn it over, do not any one do it now, it is a 90% chance of jail time
