Hi,

The fuel pressure actuator is on the side of the metering unit, some are
grey and some black,(small square box with electric plug attached)
unplug the connector, when the engine is warm the current is zero,
but you need it for full load enrichment ect, so if it does run ok, you need
to check the system is giving the correct ma, voltage from start enrichment, warm up,etc. it may just be you need a new actuator,or CTS,
Also check the hose from the metering unit to turbo is tight & check the air sensor plate is not sticking in its travel
