If you can get a tank that has a stub at the bottom which gravity feeds to the external fuel pump, i'd adapt off that to some normal braided or plastic fuel pipe, run this to the facet pump then under the car to the filter king/regulator then onto the carbs...

It's a really easy install as you only have the one pipe to run, the carbs dont need a tank return pipe..
