I think the splitters go straight on, cozmeister has doine one so maybe ask him(PM).
Exhaust is moving under cornering is normal when they are not hung properly, especially with aftermarket ones from stainless due to their heavier weight, scorpion are a tight fit but, it bangs a round the bend in the bottom of the down pipe where it then goes rear wards ?
Just loosen and reposition, clamps have to be TIGHT to stop it moving again.
Wrinkly bump strips are not something I have any experience with, but as to sticking them on I would use proper BODYTAPE, which is like double sided tape but mega sticky.
