So is the rest of Britain. Notice how we're starting to see more adverts with companies saying the have all UK call centres? Because they know people are sick and tired of it. If i get someone in UK or not that i can't understand clearly and vice versa i cut them off and ring back until i get someone who can communicate in English.
Thats what I did do in the end then my flatmate took over cos I was getting so annoyed!
