ill find out about the 1st question from Power Engineering

2nd question: - i was running 18psi but had a weak actuator and dropped to 14psi straight after but still got 200bhp with it. Once i got a new actuator is would of been running 18-21psi and would of seen a higher bhp. it has run at 21psi before awhile back.
