All I was meaning about hardly using the turbo, was that I didnt think the DV or anything to do with the turbo would be buggered from how I've been driving it.

I do understand that the harder I push it, the more release their will be, and it was during the odd burst that I noticed that it just wasn't as loud as it used to be.

Working all weekend so put a cable tie around the pipe connection to the DV to make sure it was secure, and it sounds ok again, so I guess I need to get a decent bit of pipe and fingers crossed that's all it was.
