Ive got a Philips DVD recorder. Cost £200 from Argos, but I got (Free) £170 vouchers. Cost me £30 in the end

It has a Hard Drive built in (I only use disks if I record something for my brother and drop it round to him) and is connected to Sky. It has a timer function too

So with the timer function set and the "Auto View" set on Sky Ive paid £30 for something similier to SKY +. But its cheaper than the Sky + installation, let alone the £10 per month
