suck the fluid trough each side with a pump,you can buy from most motor factors,this will pull the air through,and yes ,make sure your load compensators are free from debris and close fully (no gravel wedged in there) and bleed the rears fully loaded,with the car weight on the tyres,car level as normal driving per se,awkward without a ramp, but it has to be done this way.
