we had our extension built and we told them that it they would need to move the dish, which we would have to pay for, fair enough

they then didn't turn up so i was without sky for about 6 weeks
which they still charged me for
then, when the guys came out, they charged me to move the dish even thoguh sky said they wouldn't charge me for the inconvinience
the fitter still said that he wasn't going to touch it until i'd coughed up the money

needless to say, there were a lot of loud phone calls to sky until they sent me a letter saying sorry etc and here, have 3 months on us

ok, so it wasn't 3 months but they gave me 6 months at half price, which is basicly the same plus got the guys to fit the dish for free

i even got the money i'd paid for my 6 weeks without sky back as part of the deal, so i was fairly quids up at the time, if the guy had turned up in the first place i would have paid the £105 to have the dish put up on the chimeny with the kit and all that crap so it's their own fault
