i must admit every DVLA office ive been too has always been really long waits even when they done the over the counter service .
Yeah they were slow,best not to go near the end of month when people are fooking about taxing cars

Was still better to wait around for a couple of hours and get plate done the same day,rather than have your Mrs. giving you earache when the postman doesn't bring it!!!!
