Default anyone on here into PC Repairs?

I have a motherboard (mini ITX) i am building an in car PC, and i think i fried my mobo, but i dont know if its repairable, basically the board was working fine, XP was loaded, tested and working, i went to plug in a usb stick (but forgot i hadnt screwed the mobo down (there was a good reason for this lol) and it moved slighty and hasnt worked since, now and again it boots to post but oftern it gives an audiable warning. No parts are viasably fried etc, but i have changed the memory, removed battery, tried a PCI video card, (it has built in graphics) in the hop i would be lucky, but it dont work, shame tho but is it scrap?
