I had budgeted the following:

Water 15
Gas 20
Phone line 11
Internet 15
TV Licence 11
House insurance 11
Council Tax 110
Food 200
I live on my own in a small place, dont feel the cold and I dont have a gas fire fitted, my average Gas DD is £35 a month, Gas is fuckin expensive mate.
Buildings and contents is about £25-30 a month depending obviously.
I'd add another 20-25% to what you THINK it will cost you, thats a safe bet.
