this valve is connected to the kidney box and plenium chamber via a t piece it it comes from the chamber via a vacuum pipe through a 1 way valve then to the electronic valve mentioned above , it then goes inside the passenger front wing into a carbon cannister i presume. until this valve is powered up you cannott suck through the pipe . but when you apply 12 volts you can suck through quite easily.
