Starts off : Many Cossies have done "unnoficial" 200mph+ on the Motorways (or the Gumball, lol) but the record at Bruntingthorpe (as theres not much room) with timing gear on was still in the high 190s.

Not any more!

Rod Tarrys RWD sapphire cossie, not stripped or lightened in any way, plain old 2litre cossie lump, is being timed today...

FIRST RUN TIMED 199.8 MPH
SECOND RUN 201.8 MPH



Thats not even at full power, far from it, as the exhuast is far too small so theres a 100+bhp more to come from that car!

Then its general well dones

Then skylines get mentioned : yeah its goo thats one quick cossie but ppl making out that no other car has seen 200mph maybe a skyline or a whole bunch of well easily see 200mph.

Its once in a blue moon a ford gets over 200mph.

Buts its an every day thing for slightly modded skylines

no it not about skylines but they did it years ago

yes put how long has it taken the ford boys to do 200mph

it could be the fact that it has taken nearly 20 years to break the 200mph by a cossie


and the cossie has only just done it dosent that tell you some thing
