Impossible to say really until you see it. If he wants £11.5k for it then he's obviously prepared to come down a bit. If it is as described, id be starting at £10k first. It also depends on how much discount you would have given for a cash sale on your car. If say you would take £11,500 cash for yours, then offer him £11k at most, and then in effect you have got the 3 door for £10k. Then you can sell the 3 door to me for £10,100.

Having said that, can you REALLY get a true concours 3 door for around that money?
