You don't need a different backbox for the Orion, only the very last 20cm is needed to be extended. So remove nothing from an RST exhaust, just add a little.

Balancing always needs to be done as a whole. So crank+flywheel+clutch. More important on high revving engines and I woudn't consider turbo cvh as such.
