Things like this usually declare your insurance void. Also most insurance companies now record ALL calls and keep these for ages as part of some FSA (I think its this organisation) Scheme.

Your not only lying in this case which I guess could be used against you. You will also deam your policy in breach which would mean no Payout to you or the other party. I iwould say this would then make it very hard to get insurance again as nearly every thing is now on databases
