Default 2WD saff not boosting.

My mate got a 2wd saff for silly money, theres a few problems with it but considering the price he could'nt say no.

I'm presuming that considering its size the tubo fitted to the car its a T4 - it says A/R .50 on the compressor housing. Its has a 3 bar map sensor, greens, RS500 intercooler, exhaust and cone filter.

It feels gutless to drive and according to the secs monitor its only reaching 5.3psi. There is a bleed valve fitted to the dash but its not connected to anything and there is lots of vacuum tubing tee'd here and there and running all over the place and none of it made any sense.
So what I suggested we do is just return it to the factory set up.
So starting from the nine o'clock postion the connection on the amal valve is now running to the waste gate, the next - 11 o'clock postion which shoud be running to the turbo I presume has no connection to go to? and the last connection is to atmosphere.

What should I do now and how do I make sure its not going to run too much boost?
