It has done 150.000km / 90.000miles

Is this a common error for the Duratec V6???

My concern is about the reason for this noise. I am hoping it is the oilpressured tension that is worn. But is this normal? Or is it a way bigger problem, like lack of oilpressure in general?

Is there anybody who knows something about this??
