Again, I may be wrong, but my understanding is that the boost gain is a % of the air that will be allowed to pass. If the gain is set to 100%, one would expect it to basically bleed all air through the solenoids. To be fair, if you have it set as high as 100%, then it prob isnt quite right.

Mine I believe at max boost setting is at about 90% IIRC.
