If it leaks just by squeezing a hose it sounds like a bad leak so should be easy to find ?
Try to get someone with you to look while they or you do the hose squeezy bit, or try some compressed air say 5 psi in there if you have a CORK bung and compressor, you will then see it weeing!
Obvious place is the w/pump, seal ?
